Cupcakes, Asylums, Leeches and other things

Hello.

Since it is raining today I decided to re-read (for the 4th time) The Asylum For Wayward Victorian Girls and I came across some pen drawn pictures. So I grabbed my paper and pen and drew my heart out. I am very proud on how they both came out. I love the drawings in The Asylum For Wayward Victorian Girls because they are so simple to draw and they come out fabulous. :)

Love from the Asylum,

Ashley

Wonderland Upside-down

Life is still falling into place for me
I look outside and wonder where my choices will take me
I walk solo
down roads to places I do not know
I scavenge to find myself
Like looking for pieces to finish
puzzles I would
put together
when I was 4
I have to start over and over again
with decisions that never go right
Unlacing and re-lacing the corset of my life
Once I think I have it
The corset comes apart and I start over again
Life is not a bed of roses
More like a maze
Where you never stumble across the end
Until everything is balanced
My Journal is full of waiting fans to see
What I will bleed onto the paper
each day
My pains and fears leak from my hands into ink
Staining the paper with permanent feelings
I live in a world somewhere else
Where there is nothing
But silence
and dancing shoes
For now my place is the stage
Where dancing explodes from my feet
melodies erupt from my mouth
and lines of poetry beat from my heart

Life as a Plague Rat 3

Hello Everyone!

Well today I am not writing you from home. Somewhere 8 hours away.

Anyway I am now a member of Emilie Autumn's Forum  (adautumnfan3) and I am very excited. Also I dyed my hair yesterday. Pieces of it are now blue. I used SPLAT hair color and I think it worked very well, but smell a bit :P The color did wash out in the ocean a little so I need to put another coat in today. I will be back home on Saturday and at work on Monday. I miss my house :( and my mice.....and the 5 packets of tea that I was suppose to bring here.

Spread the Plague,

Ashley
